Not only is their chocolate absolutely DELICIOUS, they are dedicated to ethic, fair and sustainable practices. Fun fact - instead of using refined sugars they use coconut sugar and Lucuma which is a superfruit from Peru. This means no rollercoaster of sugar highs and crashes

Supporting independent businesses is what we do, Laceys family are now into their 7th generation, carrying on a passion of local farming whilst preserving our beautiful countryside in Bucks. Their Guernsey cows produce milk of the highest quality. It is unhomogenised, creamy and exceptionally tasty in coffee.
